About the Therapist
My first approach and priority is to establish emotional safety and mutual trust in our time together. From there, we can make progress toward any and all goals you may have for yourself in the therapy space.
I want you to walk away from a therapy session feeling it was helpful, challenging, uncovered new insight, or left you feeling lighter. Then I want you to reach a point where therapy feels unnecessary, because you have made progress in the way you hoped, and you trust yourself to forge ahead on your own, and ask for support from others when you need it.
I have been fully licensed as an LCMHC since 2021, and have experience in a variety of settings including community-based support, inpatient residential treatment, college outpatient therapy, and private practice.
I consider myself a partner to my clients, never the expert. Let's work together to build skills, reduce distress, and create lasting healing.

Therapeutic Methods
EMDR Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is a specialized technique designed to help the brain process traumatic memories, reducing their emotional intensity and allowing for healthier neural pathways to form.
Parts Work
Understanding the different parts of the self is crucial in trauma recovery. This approach helps identify and integrate fragmented identities, fostering a more unified and resilient sense of self.
